Founded in 2019, the company has long been engaged in the production of special semi-trailers, focusing on the R&D and manufacturing of various semi-trailer products. With deep expertise concentrated in the semi-trailer segment, it achieved a sales revenue of RMB 170 million in 2024. The factory offers diversified supply services including full-range semi-trailer customization, bulk wholesale, OEM supporting and foreign trade export. Its business reaches all provinces and municipalities across China and more than 20 countries and regions worldwide.
The company supplies a complete portfolio of semi-trailers covering 12 categories such as container skeleton semi-trailers, container flatbed semi-trailers, low-bed semi-trailers, dump semi-trailers and stake semi-trailers. II. Production Capacity & Product Information
Equipped with a full-process closed-loop intelligent manufacturing line and mature processing system, the factory has an annual semi-trailer output of 9,000 units. Capable of large-scale mass production, it stably accepts regular and custom orders of different volumes with a sound order delivery system and sufficient capacity reserve. The standard lead time for regular orders is 30 days.
All semi-trailers are fabricated by welding high-strength steel plates. The standard specification features 14 mm upper and lower flanges and 8 mm vertical plates, exceeding common industry configurations. Core components are sourced from renowned domestic and international brands including FUWA, BPW, SAF, JOST, WABCO, 3M and Double Coin to match diverse product positioning and client requirements. Customers may specify preferred component brands.
Full-vehicle welding adopts automatic submerged arc welding, CO₂ gas shielded welding and robotic welding technologies. All welded workpieces undergo shot blasting after welding to relieve welding stress and improve paint adhesion. The finished trailers feature stable structure, robust durability and outstanding corrosion resistance, fully complying with domestic and international transportation safety standards.
The product lineup covers mainstream models in the market, mainly consisting of standardized heavy-duty models and custom special models with reliable structure and strong adaptability. They are widely applied in port terminal operations, trunk logistics, infrastructure haulage, heavy mining transport, oversize cargo special transportation and other scenarios. Adopting a direct supply model from the factory to buyers, the company cuts intermediate links.
